Yarn: DK-Bulky (your choice depending on what look you are after)
Coordinating Hook + 1 size larger
For a small cowl in worsted: ch 81 in the larger hook (60 in super bulky for a shoulder warmer)
Row 1: switch to smaller hook and sc in 2nd ch from hook and in ea st across, ch 1, turn (80 sc)
Row 2: sc in ea st across (80 sc), slip st in top of the first sc to create a ring, ch 3
Row 3: dc in next st and in ea across, ch 3
Row 4 and onward until desired width is achieved: *fpdc in next stitch, dc in next stitch* all the way across
Last 2 rows: sc in each stitch across
Seam the first two rows of sc and weave in ends
